Tickets will not be exchanged for cash, however product upgrades can be purchased and any additional charges that may apply may be paid for on arrival.
In the event of circumstances outside of our control, e.g weather conditions, natural disasters we may be unable to honor the purchase, in which circumstance a full refund will be given. .
No refunds will apply after the ticket date.
All other cancellations/ refunds will be made at the discretion of management on a case-by-case basis.
An admin fee of $5.00 applies for any online booking refunds.
Refunds will be made at the earliest possible convenience.
