General Pool Admission

For your convenience, General Admission tickets can now be pre- purchased online however pre-purchase is not compulsory. Payment on arrival is also readily accepted.

Rotorua's Waikite Valley Thermal Pools is a natural thermal bathing complex. Water for our pools comes straight out of the Te Manaroa natural boiling spring, and is then cooled before entering (and exiting) the pools.

This 100% natural thermal water is not treated with any chemicals whatsoever nor is it filtered or recycled back into the pools. The ‘Living Waters’ of Waikite Valley is the only thermal pool complex of this size in New Zealand using only 100% pure natural geothermal water. Given the nature of the water we recommend that you keep your head above water when swimming.

Indulge in the soft calcite-laden mineral water in temperatures of 35-38°Celsius seducing you into a total state of relaxation. Waikite Valley Thermal Pools season passes make thermal bathing a truly affordable indulgence to be enjoyed all year round.

General Pool Admission includes use of our Settler's Pool, Soak Pool, Garden Pool, Pergola Pool and the Tubs. Also includes entry to Te Manaroa Spring Eco- Trail walkway.

Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except for the purpose of providing the services you have requested. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. Your information may be stored and processed in New Zealand or any other country where Waikite Hot Pools, its subsidiaries, affiliates or agents are located.

Terms and Conditions

Tickets will not be exchanged for cash, however product upgrades can be purchased and any additional charges that may apply may be paid for on arrival
Booked dates are non-transferable and are valid for one use only
In that in the event of circumstances outside of our control, e.g weather conditions, natural disasters we may be unable to honour the purchase, in which circumstance a full refund will be given
No refunds will apply after the ticket date
All other cancellations/ refunds will be made at the discretion of management on a case-by-case basis
Refunds will be made at the earliest possible convenience
