Your personal information is never shared outside the company without your permission, except for the purpose of providing the services you have requested. Inside the company, data is stored in password-controlled servers with limited access. Your information may be stored and processed in New Zealand or any other country where Waikite Hot Pools, its subsidiaries, affiliates or agents are located.
Terms and Conditions
- Tickets will not be exchanged for cash, however product upgrades can be purchased and any additional charges that may apply may be paid for on arrival
- Booked dates are non-transferable and are valid for one use only
- In that in the event of circumstances outside of our control, e.g weather conditions, natural disasters we may be unable to honour the purchase, in which circumstance a full refund will be given
- No refunds will apply after the ticket date
- All other cancellations/ refunds will be made at the discretion of management on a case-by-case basis
- Refunds will be made at the earliest possible convenience
Waikite Valley Thermal Pools Springs 'n' Spa is located within New Zealand and all transactions are billed in NZD.
